Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

 

As Service Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Ensure monthly invoicing of production, materials and projects in our ERP system within the required deadlines, by collecting data from various sources.
  • Guarantee the accuracy of the monthly production forecast, by modelling our customers’ contractual behaviour based on information from the account managers.
  • To ensure regular monitoring of stock levels of all materials (paper/envelopes/appendices) supplied by the logistics department, to ensure continuity of production and avoid any stock shortages.
  • Assist the Purchasing Manager with the materials ordering process in the following areas: contact with suppliers, encoding, monitoring and invoicing of orders.
  • Deal with customer requests on the front line, for specific customers and products (Easy2Mail) to ensure a quality service.
  • Identify, process and redirect undelivered products according to specific procedures agreed for each customer.
  • Provide operational support to account managers through recurring or one-off administrative tasks, in connection with our customers’ products (participation in working groups, production of specific reports required for analysis by account managers, collation of information available in internal tools, etc.).
  • Identifying and regularly implementing the necessary changes to existing administrative processes, to ensure the continuous improvement of the tasks assigned.

 

Profile

 

As a Service Coordinator, you will have:

 

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent knowledge of the second national language (Bilingual level) and basic knowledge of English.
  • Good administrative management skills and the ability to plan, organise work according to priorities and work independently.

 

And you are also

  • Numerically and solution-oriented, with good analytical skills.
  • Able to carry out tasks methodically and rigorously.
  • A good team player.
