Talent Acquisition Specialist

Mission

To continuously develop and implement the talent acquisition strategy and the subsequent recruitment process, in collaboration with the managers and the HRBP, from intake to contractualization, to attract and select the best talent in line with the company’s needs.

Responsibilities

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, your responsibilities will be to:

  • In collaboration with the HRBP, design and implement an innovative sourcing strategy and recruitment policy to build up a pool of qualified candidates, attract talent and meet the company’s short, medium and long-term recruitment needs, in line with business objectives.
  • Drawing up the job offer through an intake interview with the manager, clarifying the profile sought, based on the needs and job description established by the HRBP, to ensure optimum alignment of expectations and the profile sought.
  • Organizing and conducting the selection process (screening, interviews and HR reports, personality tests, etc.), using various channels and in collaboration with the managers, to assess the candidates and select those who best match the company’s needs.
  • Presenting offers, managing feedback and the relationship with candidates within the framework of established procedures, if necessary, right up to the drawing up of the contract, with the aim of finalizing recruitment efficiently while reinforcing the company’s image.
  • Working with the HR Officer, helping to ensure that new employees are integrated smoothly and in line with established procedures, to guarantee their productivity and commitment from the outset.
  • Implementing the recruitment management tool (Mpleo) and ensuring its administration as Key User, including training teams in its use, with the aim of optimizing the efficiency of the recruitment process and centralizing candidate data.
  • Contribute to strengthening the employer brand through recruitment events and communication actions, to attract and retain quality talent.
  • Drawing up the recruitment dashboard, analyzing recruitment-related KPIs (time-to-hire, quality of recruitment, retention rates) and suggesting improvements to optimize sourcing and selection methods, with the aim of improving talent acquisition performance and reducing time-to-hire.
  • Where appropriate, participate in the management of cross-functional HR files or projects to support the department’s strategic initiatives.

Profile

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have:

  • A university degree in human resources, business management or a related field.
  • At least 5 years’ experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Very good knowledge in Dutch, French and English.
  • In-depth knowledge of the labor market and best practice in human resources, particularly recruitment.
  • In-depth knowledge of social networks and openness to new technologies.
  • Proven experience in the use of personality questionnaires (SHL is a plus).
  • Good project management and change management skills
  • A good command of IT tools and human resources management systems.
  • And you are also
  • A good communicator and negotiator, with the ability to build trusting relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Able to work autonomously and collaborate effectively in a team and with various stakeholders.
