(M/F) Account Manager FR/NL

Your responsibilities

As an Account Manager FR/NL, your responsibilities include:

  • Actively sourcing new clients and generating leads through, among others, cold calling, networking events, trade shows, social media, and databases to expand the prospecting pipeline.
  • Qualifying leads – whether self-generated or obtained through marketing campaigns – and evaluating their potential according to commercial objectives.
  • Proactively following up with prospects: analyzing their needs and proposing suitable solutions from the standard product offering.
  • Managing the entire sales process: from first contact to negotiations and contract signing.
  • Accurately recording sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Participating in marketing and sales campaigns, trade shows, and webinars to strengthen Speos’ market presence.
  • Sharing market insights and client feedback with internal departments (Support, Product, Operations, Marketing).
  • Collaborating with colleagues from marketing, customer support, and operations to ensure optimal client satisfaction.

Your profile

As an Account Manager FR/NL, you bring:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, or management, or equivalent experience with first successful experience in B2B sales.
  • Ideally, a proven track record as a “hunter” sales profile (with significant new client and market share acquisition).
  • Curiosity, a results-oriented mindset, and a solution-driven approach to effectively convey a strong knowledge of Speos products to prospects and clients.
  • Affinity with technology and IT processes.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot).
  • Basic understanding of sales and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong analytical thinking.
  • Language skills: excellent command of French or Dutch with knowledge of the other national language and English.
