e-Invoicing legislation in Belgium
e-Invoicing has already been integrated for Government invoices (B2G). All invoices for public procurement contracts (Federal states, Flemish, Brussels or Walloon region) currently must be submitted electronically via Mercurius, the Belgian Federal platform.
B2B e-invoicing will continue to expand in the near future.
