Jr Marketing & Communication Specialist

Your mission

Contribute to the delivery of marketing and communication projects; act as a point of contact to support internal clients and assist teams with their internal and external communication needs, while ensuring the consistency of the Speos brand image in order to enhance the company’s visibility and promote its products.

Your responsibilities

As a Jr Marketing & Communication Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with the Marketing Manager on the development, implementation and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns, including advertising and social media, product launches and upselling initiatives, in order to promote Speos products and increase the company’s visibility in the market.
Creating, editing and adapting marketing materials and content, such as brochures, customer email campaigns, blog articles, infographics and videos, in line with the brand guidelines and visual identity.
Supporting teams with their internal and external marketing and communication needs to ensure clear, consistent and impactful communication.
Contributing to the creation and updating of website content in order to improve the user experience and maintain clear and up-to-date information.
Reporting on and consolidating marketing campaign results using the available indicators, including SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, email open rates and social media engagement, in order to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Managing the event programme from A to Z, including coordinating with service providers, organising event logistics and monitoring performance in order to ensure and evaluate the success of the event schedule.
Ensuring the correct application of the Speos graphic charter and visual identity across all external communication materials and internal tools in order to maintain a consistent and unified brand image.
Monitoring and maintaining stocks of marketing materials, including promotional items, event equipment and print materials, and ensuring that promotional materials are delivered within the agreed deadlines.
Providing employees with easily accessible and user-friendly templates, resources and tools, including AI-based solutions, to facilitate the daily application of the Speos visual identity and promote their appropriate use.

Your profile

As a Jr Marketing & Communication Specialist:

You hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing or communication and have two to three years of experience in a similar role.
You have hands-on experience in content creation and copywriting, as well as a good command of tools such as Canva or Adobe.
You communicate confidently in French, Dutch and English.
You are organised, proactive and results-oriented, and can quickly turn a brief into a concrete deliverable.
You are comfortable working in an evolving environment and can work autonomously, even when not all the information is immediately available.
You are curious, detail-oriented and creative, with a strong interest in digital tools, emerging technologies and AI.
