UX/UI Designer

Speos is looking for an experienced, creative and dynamic UX/UI Designer.  As a member of our marketing & innovation team, you will be steering all aspects of the design process and deliver everything from conceptual sketches to wireframes and production-ready designs.

speos is taking the strategic direction of progressing its B2B solutions into a self-servicing environment and new B2C interfaces where the UX/UI role is key for the adoption by the receivers. Your role will be vital from ideation to implementation of the UX/UI for products, services and channels.

Responsibilities

As UX/UI Designer, your role will be to:

• Translate Speos’s objectives, business requirements and user insights in accessible, elegant, and usable interfaces.
• Assess the impact of UX/UI design and usability changes based on data analysis and insights.
• Create an enriching Design System that ensures unified and cohesive experiences.
• Ensure visual and UX consistency.
• Articulate design choices and communicate concepts and vision to business and technical stakeholders through wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and written specifications.

Profile

As UX/UI Designer, you have:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent by experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design.
• A first experience in process design (including requirement gathering, prototyping, visual design, development, and user testing).
• Proficient language skills in FR/EN/NL.
• Knowledge in Interaction design and Accessibility standards.
• Proficient in industry-standard design tools (e.g. Figma).
• Experience in an agile way of working environments using Jira and Confluence is a plus.
