New updates in our services
Our solutions are always evolving; our updates are the perfect proof of this. Here is a list of recent additions to our services:
- Digital Proof of Deposit (POD): registered mail is now confirmed digitally with a digital proof of deposit, which you can easily archive and also has legal value as evidence. This list is now available in our Track & Trace tool or can be stored in our archive. This means that you no longer need to keep physical lists.
- OptiRetour in T&T: this service already exists for some time and ensures that you do not have to receive piles of returns at the office. Instead, you receive a digital list of which shipments have not been delivered and an explanation why the delivery has failed. Now we have integrated the status of OptiRetour – the reason why something is not delivered – into our Track & Trace tool, allowing you to efficiently follow the entire journey of your documents.
- Registered mail via eBox: organizations authorized to send registered mail via eBox can now do this with speos. Previously, this could only be done with non-registered mail. But keep in mind that a registered letter on paper will still be sent if the message in eBox is not retrieved.
- Optimization of DMARC: to prevent phishing and hacking, we have introduced our DMARC policy. With this, we can increase e-mail security to prevent your e-mails from ending up in spam and protect your domain from phishing. Read more about DMARC in our blog.
