Marketing manager

Responsibilities

As Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will be to:

Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and achieve business objectives.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
  • Oversee the company’s marketing budget.

Content, campaign & events Management (with the marketing team)

  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio) with the marketing team.
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns, including email, social media, PR and more.
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
  • Organize events, fairs participation and PR opportunities

Market Research and Analytics

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights and assess against goals.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

Brand Management

  • Maintain and grow the company’s brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
  • Enhance brand awareness within the digital space as well as drive website traffic and acquire leads.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and motivate the marketing team, providing guidance and direction to achieve marketing targets.
  • Conduct yearly evaluation & career orientation meetings with each marketing collaborators
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create cohesive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure that their output aligns with company standards.

 

 

Profile

 

As Marketing Manager, you have at least:

 

  • A Master or Bachelor’s degree in marketing
  • Very good command in French, Dutch and English
  • At least 5 years of experience as Marketing Manager or similar role in a corporate setting.
  • A good helicopter view
  • Strategic mindset with pragmatic implementation approach.

 

And you also are:

 

  • Analytical with the ability to persuade stakeholders
  • Innovative with an open mind
  • Inspiring with a positive realism.
  • Quality, solution and customer oriented.
  • A very good communicator
  • Able to synthesize, communicate & present ideas and solutions verbally, both orally and in writing, to clients (internal & external), executive level, business sponsors and technical resources.
