In collaboration with the development team and Solution Architect, you play a key role in the success of speos projects!
As an IT Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of digital operations for our clients.
As an IT Application Support Engineer, your responsibilities will be to:
Manage the complete incident lifecycle.
Monitor the progress of incident resolution in collaboration with the different departments.
Assess the level of seriousness (urgency and impact) of incidents.
Perform an initial diagnosis and identify the root cause of the incident:
Analysis of input and output data
Analysis of available logs
Propose and execute incident recovery/workaround in collaboration with the different departments, to continue to serve the customer as best as possible.
Ensure a good level of performance of operational platforms and customer applications.
Propose improvements in collaboration with the production and development teams to increase operational performance.
Ensure a relationship of quality and trust with internal customers.
As an IT Application Support Engineer, you have:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in an IT field
A first experience in an IT production environment.
Technical expertise in application management or expertise in the field of testing and analysis of test results.
Knowledge of various file formats and transactional formats and you can extract certain information from these file types for diagnostic purposes.
Experience with a dashboard tool is an asset.
Knowledge of ITIL is a plus.
Excellent knowledge of French and a knowledge of English. Knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
